Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery
- Innerwear, accessories, or discounted / clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
2. Return Process
- Email us at assist@vornixprivatelimited.com with your order ID, product name, and reason for return
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, return pickup or courier instructions will be shared
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
3. Refund Process
After inspection, you will be notified via email. Refunds are processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting our support team.
4. Exchanges
We offer size or product exchanges for eligible items. If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a full refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at assist@vornixprivatelimited.com, along with clear images or a short video.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet dispatched
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed
- You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible
7. Non-Returnable Products
- Innerwear and undergarments
- Socks, caps, and fashion accessories
- Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items
- Gift cards or digital vouchers
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we bear the return shipping cost
- For size issues or change of mind, return shipping costs are borne by the customer
